I didn’t use my education to get A’s. I used it to test theories, develop a network, and launch a career. The good grades came as a result.

This is one of the many lessons I share when presenting to college students. Professors invite me back each semester because they watched my behaviors during and after graduate school.

This is one of my favorite things to do because students typically haven’t “settled” into life yet. I do my best to share some truths I feel in my bones:

This is the most opportunity we’ve had in the history of mankind to design a life of our dreams. We have so many tools to communicate our message to billions of people (and potential consumers) for free. There are no gatekeepers anymore. If we choose ourselves, are willing to take the responsibility, and work really, really hard…we can do anything.

I love knowing this to be true and I love sharing it even more.
